- All units are non-smoking.
- Quiet hours apply from 11:00 PM onwards.
- Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Switch off all electrical appliances upon leaving your unit.
- Pets and strong-smelling food are not allowed.
- Discovering and responding to illegal operation will be reported to the authorities without further notification.
Property Guidelines
- Guests are responsible for keeping the unit in reasonable condition.
- Any damages or missing items may be chargeable.
- Special requests are subject to availability.
Access & Security
- Access is via a secured key card system.
- Lift access is restricted to assigned floor only.
- Lost key card replacement charges may apply.
- Property is monitored by 24-hour CCTV.
- Always bring your key card and unit key whenever leaving the room. Ensure the door is fully closed.
- Please abide the building management rules and regulations for convenience and safety.
- Operations operate daily from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Check-in from 3:00 PM onwards and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Charges of RM50/hour for early check-in and late check-out apply.
- Room deposit RM100/room (via QR) to be collected before arrival and refunded within 14 working days.
