TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. VOUCHER USAGE
- Each voucher is issued with a unique redemption code and is valid for one-time use only.
- Vouchers are valid exclusively for accommodation bookings at participating properties, unless stated otherwise.
- Vouchers must be applied at the time of booking. Post-booking or retroactive application is not permitted.
- Multiple vouchers may be combined for a single booking, subject to availability and applicable booking conditions.
- Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for other services unless explicitly specified.
2. BOOKING & ROOM RATES
- All room rates are subject to the prevailing market rates at the time of booking.
- The voucher value will be deducted from the confirmed booking total.
- All bookings made using vouchers are strictly non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
- In the event of cancellation, amendment, early departure, or no-show, the full booking amount may be charged,
and any vouchers used will be forfeited. - Vouchers must be presented upon check-in where applicable.
3. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS (IF APPLICABLE)
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
- Earliest check-in time: 9:00 AM
Latest check-out time: Until 4:00 PM, subject to availability. - Complimentary room upgrades, where offered, are subject to availability and management discretion.
4. TRANSFERABILITY
- Vouchers may be transferred and used by another individual.
- The purchaser is responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
- The company shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, or misused voucher codes.
5. BLACKOUT DATES & AVAILABILITY
- The company reserves the right to impose blackout dates, including but not limited to public holidays, peak periods, and special events.
- Room availability during high-demand periods is limited and subject to confirmation.
6. VALIDITY & FORFEITURE
- Unused vouchers after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
- Partially used vouchers will be considered fully redeemed. Any remaining balance will be forfeited.
7. AMENDMENTS & DISPUTES
- The company reserves the right to amend, revise, or terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- All decisions made by the company in relation to disputes shall be final, unless otherwise required by law.
- Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity may result in termination of benefits without refund.
8. GENERAL TERMS
- Voucher validity is subject to full payment where applicable.
- By purchasing or using the voucher, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
