By participating in the Contest, you hereby agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set out herein: –
1. All entries received before/after/outside the Contest Period shall not be entertained and will be deemed invalid.
2. This Contest is open to everyone in Malaysia with a valid NRIC aged 18 years and/or above as of 1st January 2023, except employees and immediate family members of the Organiser and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies, elected printing vendors and digital technology provider and other suppliers.
3. The prize is not transferable, not for sale, nor exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or rebate of any kind and does not include any promotional items shown in any advertisements.
4. The prize is not exchangeable for other prizes (or the Organiser reserves the right to replace the said prize with another of equal or lesser value).
5. The contest will run from 17 March to 14 April 2023.. All entries must be received by 11.59 p.m. on the closing date.
6. The winner will be announced on 20 April 2023.
7. Winners are required to provide accurate personal information including their full name, phone number, and email address to Perfect Host Facebook/Instagram and mention about โRaya with PH prize redemptionโ within 7 days of receiving notification of their win. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Prize redemption is available 6 months (until 20th September 2023) from the prize announcement on Facebook/Instagram.
9. The free stay is subject to room availability upon booking. The winner must book the stay in advance and adhere to the terms and conditions set by the Organiser.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on the Perfect Host Facebook/Instagram page.
11. By participating in this Contest, you agree that the Organiser may collect, use, and disclose your personal information, as provided in your entry, for the purposes of administering the Contest and for any other purposes as set out in the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.
